This policy explains what personal data we collect through perfectfill.eu, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1Who we are
Perfect Fill is a product of UXPAY SOLUTIONS, LDA., a company registered in Portugal. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
For anything related to privacy, contact us at support@uxpay.ai.
2What we collect
When you request a trial
The trial request form asks for your first and last name, work email, brewery name, country, the number of kegs you fill per month, and an optional message.
When you email us
If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
When you visit the site
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not ask for payment details on this website.
3How we use it
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Replying to your trial request and planning a trial | Form details | Steps at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Answering questions you send us | Email and message | Legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Keeping the website secure and working | Technical logs | Legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
We do not sell your data, use it for automated decision-making, or add you to a marketing mailing list without asking first.
4The Perfect Fill device
The Perfect Fill keg filler works offline. It does not need an internet connection and does not send personal data to us or to anyone else. Fill volumes are set by us before delivery.
7International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or a European Commission adequacy decision.
8How long we keep it
- Trial requests and emails: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep what we need for the business relationship.
- Technical logs: for a short period, normally no longer than 90 days.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
9Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your data.
- Restrict how we use your data.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
To use any of these rights, email support@uxpay.ai. We will reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. Our lead authority is Portugal's Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). You can also contact the authority where you live, for example Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
10Security
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to trial requests is limited to the people who need it to reply. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
